Emergency Move: Help Enny Secure New Housing

Hi, I'm Aaron.. but most people know me as Enny. For the past 6 years I've been living in Arlington, Virginia just outside of DC. I don't make nearly enough money to live here and I've been fortunate enough to save money on housing by living with several roommates in a shared house. The entire time I've lived here there have been issues with the house ranging from electrical issues that have left us without power for weeks to issues with the pipes that have left our kitchen and bathrooms flooded. Recently a thunderstorm came through that exposed roof leaks and mold problems in the house that will need extensive renovations. The house is no longer safe to live in.

My landlord has informed me that I need to vacate by the end of the year so they can make the necessary repairs and search the house for more leaks and mold. Unfortunately I can't afford to secure new housing on such short notice and need to move quickly. This is not a position I ever expected to be in but everything happened very suddenly and I'm not sure where else to turn for help so I've decided to bite the bullet and make a GoFundMe. Anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated. I have a bit of money but nowhere near the amount I'll need to pay first & last months rent in addition to a security deposit on a new place.
