Help Me See Again and Save My Children – A Plea from the Rubble of Gaza
My name is Enas Raafat, a 34-year-old mother from Gaza. I am married and a mother to eight children – five boys and one girl. We lived a simple, honest life, doing our best to provide for our family. But the recent war on Gaza has destroyed everything.
Our home was completely demolished. Our only source of income – our car – was turned into rubble. We've been forcibly displaced more than ten times, moving from one unsafe place to another, from airstrikes to shelters, and now to the streets.
But the tragedy didn’t stop there...
I suffered a severe injury to my eye and urgently need surgery to save my vision. I have all the medical reports that confirm my condition. Two of my children were also injured after the shelter we were staying in was bombed.
Today, I have no home, no income, no safety – and no access to treatment. That’s why I started this campaign: to raise funds for my urgent eye surgery and to help my family escape this genocide in Gaza.
Every dollar counts. Every share can help amplify our voice. With your support, I can see again – and I can protect my children.
Please help us survive.
