Help Enas and Her Family Evacuate from Gaza

Enas’ Message:

In the heart of war-torn Gaza, my family lives a painful story, yet one filled with great hopes for survival and building a better future. It was unimaginable that we would reach a day when we would need to ask for your support through this campaign to bring my family to a safe place and an opportunity for a better future. However, the dire and dangerous living conditions in Gaza are overwhelming.
The funds collected will be crucial to cover the costs of crossing borders, coordination fees, transportation, and ensuring some stability in Egypt for the first few months.

We are nine individuals, each carrying our own story, but united by the same pain. My father, who worked as a teacher, lost his job due to the war, which left no room for education in this ravaged homeland. I, the eldest daughter, graduated with a degree in Information Technology and worked as a programmer, contributing to the family's support. However, the deteriorating conditions and lack of essential resources such as electricity and internet forced me to stop working.

My sister Shahd, a pharmacy student, had only one year left to graduate. She dreamed of graduating and serving the community, but the bombing of universities made this dream unreachable.

My twin siblings, Anas and Roaa, had just started their Information Technology studies a few months before the war erupted, but they could not continue their education under these harsh conditions.

As for my younger siblings, Sama, Mohammed, and Zein, they have been deprived of their right to a carefree childhood.

They live in constant fear, missing out on playing and laughing like other children. Every passing day adds to the weight of fear on their small hearts, making it difficult for them to dream of a better tomorrow. They have also been deprived of their basic right to education, just as we all have been deprived of our simplest rights.

We once had a home filled with warmth and family laughter, a place where we gathered with love and hope. We celebrated holidays, shared meals, and exchanged stories and dreams.

But in an instant, the occupation destroyed everything, leaving us with only memories. The walls of our home became nothing but rubble, and our dreams scattered among the ruins.

We moved from place to place, seeking safety, but found no safe haven in a homeland burning at the edges with the flames of war. Ultimately, we found ourselves living in a fabric tent after our home was completely destroyed. Life in the tent is harsh; we have suffered through the bitter cold of winter and the scorching heat of summer. We struggle daily to obtain water and food, often cooking over an open fire due to the lack of gas. We endure the absence of electricity, making nights long and exhausting.

All these experiences have taken a psychological and physical toll on the family. My mother has lost weight, my father's hair has turned gray, and my siblings have lost much alongside their survival through various war incidents.

How you can help:

  • Donate: Your financial support is crucial in covering the costs associated with evacuation and securing educational opportunities for my siblings.

  • Share: Spreading the word about our campaign can significantly increase our reach and the support we receive.

  • Connections: If you have contacts, relationships, or resources related to scholarships, educational opportunities, or immigration, your guidance would be invaluable.

Today, we ask for your support to help us escape this hell to Egypt, where we hope to continue our education and seek jobs to rebuild our lives. Every donation, no matter how small, means a lot to us. It means hope for a better future and the dream of returning to normal life. We ask you to extend a helping hand, as you are the hope we cling to in these difficult times.

Help us rebuild our lives and continue our dreams, and be a part of our story of survival.
