Help Emy and Fen get a new apartment!

Hi, I'm Emily (or better known as EmyBun), and recently I've been asked to move out of my current residence due to my roommate wanting her own space. It has nothing to do with me being a bad roommate/renter, just that we are not compatible as roommates. It seems that we would both work better without roommates.

However, our current apartment complex just had a unit go up for rent last week and I'm currently the only applicant. I really love this complex and the people here. It has some free utilities that helps out a lot and it's close to everything I need (doctors, stores, pharmacy, ect).

If I don't get this apartment then I will have to move in with my mother again. I will have to move into my old room in the garage. Which poses several issues. 1. It is uninsulated so winters are freakishly cold. And 2. Summers in that room get up to 100+ degrees.

This all affects my ability to do art. However, having my own apartment will help me be more productive because there will be no issues involving the weather, rats, or interruptions from people being in the apartment while I'm trying to work.

And that's where I need your help!
