Help Emmaus give new underwear to rough sleepers

Hi, my name is Mel and I have recently started volunteering with Emmaus on their outreach team.

 

They have told me that they always run very low on underwear to give out to those who they offer support to on our streets.

 

As a community I think we are very good at supporting charitable causes and when I offered to do this they said it would help them out loads!

 

So, as agreed with the group admin (avenues page)/admins (Ella page) I have decided to run a local appeal to help out. If anyone would like to donate brand new underwear for those on our streets could you please drop it off either at 1 Farnley Square or 152 Ella street. It MUST be brand new, in packets with the labels still on.

 

Alternatively you can donate to this page and I will purchase the items to donate.

 

Items required:

 

Men's boxers/hipsters sizes small or medium

 

Womens briefs sizes small or medium

 

Sports bras small, medium or large.

 

Deadline for donations for underwear 31st January. We may leave the gofundme page running slightly longer.
