Help Emma with upcoming gender affirming surgery!

Hi everyone,

My name is Emma Fernandez and I am a 26 year old latina transgender woman living in Wasco, California. I started my transition in late 2021 and have been on this journey for 3 years now. This journey has been one of self-discovery, courage, and immense personal growth. I’ve been very blessed to have had all the resources and a support system over these past few years as many do not so I am extremely grateful for that.

As year 4 approaches, I have made the decision to take the next significant step in my transition: facial feminization surgery.

Facial feminization surgery is a critical procedure for many transgender women, including myself. It involves altering the facial features to reflect a more feminine appearance, which is essential for my mental health and well-being. This surgery will help me feel more aligned with my true self and allow me to navigate the world with greater confidence and comfort.

As you can imagine, this surgery comes with a substantial financial burden. Despite working hard and saving for this procedure, I am still a bit short on costs and in need some help to cover some of the remaining costs. This is where your support can make a tremendous difference. Any contribution, no matter how small, will bring me closer to achieving this life-changing goal.

My surgery is scheduled for February 12 meaning I only have 8 weeks to come up with my remaining funds.
