Help Emma Through Her Cancer Journey
Donation protected
My best friend Emma was diagnosed with stage 4 non-Hodgkin's lymphoma on Monday, March 24th. The doctors told her that it's in her blood and has spread to her spleen, diaphragm, pelvis, neck, and bone marrow. It's high grade T-cell, subtype PTCL‐NOS. She has begun chemotherapy as it's aggressive, with a stem cell transplant to follow.
Last Fall, Emma moved to London to live with her boyfriend and start a new life. While her medical bills and insurance are covered for a lot of her treatment, I want to send Emma everything I can to make this as comfortable for her as possible. So far we've put together her hospital bag, gotten groceries, purchased the best lotions, gotten some amazing recipe books for Dom to dig into, and gorgeous headscarves.
If you know Emma, or have met Emma, she is the most positive ray of sunshine, sees the good in everything and everyone, and is brave beyond belief. She's one of the absolute funniest humans I know, and she deserves to be taken care of now, with love, and I want to be sure to send her everything she needs to make this journey as comfortable as possible.
