Help Emma Save Precious Family Heirlooms & Artwork
Donation protected
In 2022, my friend Emma’s brother, and my long-time partner Lonny, died of accidental fentanyl poisoning.
Emma, his sister, stored his things along with family heirlooms in several storage units. Because of situations beyond Emma’s control, these units have been locked and Lonny’s precious things, including one-of-a-kind art pieces, are at risk of being sold by the storage company. Our window of time is short - fees will double on December 6th.
The storage units have accrued late fees, property lien, and lock cutting fees. Emma needs to be able to pay these fees to get the units open, and then rent a truck so that we can take these items to personal storage offered by friends – basements, their walls to hang her parents', grandma’s, and great-grandmother's artwork along with grandparents' china and silver – things like that. Can you help us? Even a dollar will help! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us rescue these priceless items.
