Yesterday I learned my daughter Emma lost all her birthday money... this is my adult, disabled daughter who has survived 35 brain surgeries, but struggles in some other areas, as many vulnerable people do.

She seldom has money in her bank account, but due to her birthday, which just passed on July 12, she had $250 in her bank account.

She had been receiving notification from Apple that her Apple account was past due...long story short it wasn't the real Apple, it was scammers, and they didn't just take an Apple fee, they took all of her money. In addition to that we've had to go through the pleasure of changing account info, etc..

My heart breaks that this happened to Emma, she doesn't get a lot of positives in her life. the disappointment that she's experiencing both in the loss of her funds and the offense of being scammed, and having to tell her parents... the struggle is real!

Today we are looking to raise money for Emma to make up for what was lost! Please help to put a smile on her face!
