Help Emma Recover from 4-H Loss

My name is Emma Heppner and I’m going into my senior year at Crater High School. This year, I raised a 4-H pig and was part of the Riverbend Livestock club.

It was my first year doing 4-H, and my pig ‘Buttons’ unfortunately passed away on the 4th of July due to extreme heat. I tried my best to keep him cool by spraying him down multiple times throughout the day and having fans on him constantly, but he didn’t make it.

With it being my first year, I learned how to brush, show, and feed my pig. He should’ve weighed about 260 pounds for the fair. I’m trying to recoup the cost of my pig and the feed. Any donation helps.
