On behalf of colleagues of Emma Walter:
On Saturday 10th May, a tragic fire tore through a block of flats in Addlestone, Surrey, leaving several residents without homes - including our dear friend and colleague Emma Walter.
In a matter of moments, Emma lost absolutely everything: her home, her belongings, and the everyday essentials that many of us take for granted.
Thankfully, Emma and all other residents escaped safely, but she now faces the overwhelming task of starting over from scratch. The situation as a whole has been nothing short of traumatic for those directly affected.
She's the first to offer help to others, and now it’s our turn to rally around her during this incredibly difficult time. The emotional and financial toll of such a sudden loss is immense, and this fund is set up to help her cover immediate needs such as basic living expenses, clothing, toiletries, and daily necessities, hopefully to also assist later with replacement of essential household items and furniture.
No donation is too small—every bit of support counts. Even if you’re unable to contribute financially, please consider sharing this page to help spread the word.
Please join us in creating a foundation to assist Emma with rebuilding her life. She has a long road ahead, but with our help, she won't have to walk it alone.
Thank you so much for your kindness, generosity, and support.
