Support Emma Grey -- A True Friend and a Mom In Need

Emma Grey is a former colleague with whom I had the pleasure to work for two years at Golden Gate University. She's also a forty-six-year-old single mom of five boys who works ceaselessly to support her family.

Recently, she tore her ACL. She opted for a more expensive and experimental stem cell procedure instead of surgery, as surgery would have required her to take weeks off work and at least 6 weeks off driving, possibly longer. This just isn't feasible for a mother of 5 boys attending 3 different schools who Emma chauffeurs to an array of after-school activities.

In addition to working a full-time day job, Emma works a part-time evening job and a third job on the weekends to support her family. The stem cell procedure made it possible for her to continue working and taking care of her boys, but it has been extremely difficult for her financially.

Emma always goes above and beyond for her family, coworkers, friends, and community members. She's the first to lend a helping hand, donate to support others in need, and spread kindness. Now, it's our turn to rally around her!
