Help Emma Survive

Hi everyone. This is Emma Woodard.

As you may know, up until recently I was employed with Flying Flags Avila Beach Resort. However, after a deeply traumatic incident on property, perpetrated by another employee (Manager), I was fired for filing a complaint about traumatic and non-work appropriate behavior, as the managers are best friends.

I recognize this is retaliation, but legally there are details I'm embarrassed to share. If you'd like to know the whole story, feel free to message me and I'll tell you as much as I'm comfortable with.

Anyway, before all that, I had been promise a promotion and a raise. With that knowledge I, foolishly, took out a loan to return to school via Southern New Hampshire University online to finally finish my Bachelor's in Sociology, and then to pursue my Master in Psychology through Cal Poly SLO in hope of being an MVT one day.

After being fired in retaliation, I no longer have an income and can no longer pay my loan. I have been stopped from finishing school due to endless family tragedy, bankruptcy, and severe illness that took me out of commission for 4 years.

Please, I know it is the season of giving. I am begging you all to share this GoFundMe, donate if you can, and help me pay off these loans so that I can finally pursue a job in MY chosen field, and help so many other who, like myself, have gone through severe sexual trauma.
