Hi everyone my friends daughter Emma is 8 years old she has been diagnosed with an auto immune condition called HSP which has caused Nephritis to her kidneys, arthritis to all her joints, Vasculitis of her digestive tract and bowel. This has resulted in Emma being very unwell to a point we thought the worst. As you can see from the picture this condition causes lots of swelling it’s caused her knees ankles feet and face to swell largely. Emma struggles to walk and do normal things an 8 year old should be able to do. We are still awaiting confirmation of the full long term effects to Emma and especially her kidneys. We would love to bring Emma to America for a trip as it is a dream of hers since she was 4 years old to see New York and Florida. I would love to make this dream a reality.
