Hi! My name is Emma. The picture on the left is me at the end of 2023. In January 2024, I started consisently going to the gym (Salt Fitness Project) and started training in Kettlebell Sport with Donica Storino. Over the course of the year I lost 85 lbs.

The highlight of 2024 was competing in my first official Kettlebell competition. Not only did I compete, but my score was good enough to qualify me for Worlds in Milan, Italy as part of the U.S. Team. The competition is in June of this year.
