Assist Emma and Scott After Scary Car Accident

On the evening of November 18, a vehicle driven by Emma Barnhardt Smith was struck head-on through no fault of her own by another motorist on Hwy 93 in Eau Claire County. Emma's two boys, Henry and Jonathan, were also in the vehicle. Fortunately, Henry and Jonathan sustained only relatively minor scrapes and cuts. Emma was transported by ambulance to Eau Claire and eventually flown to Marshfield for medical treatment. She is currently recuperating after two angiogram embolisms to treat a lacerated spleen.

Sadly, Salome June Smith, the baby girl Emma and her husband Scott were expecting March of 2023 did not survive the collision.

Emma and Scott are humble people who support the community by being active in ministry and education. Any support to offset the costs associated with Friday's horrible events would be much appreciated.
