UPDATE!

I took Barkley to the vet today. He’s 8-9 years old. Overall, he’s in good health. He has a fatty lump on his chest but the vet is not concerned. He got ALL his shots and NextGuard for flea/tick and heartworm prevention. He goes to the groomer tomorrow. He has some bad matting on his hind legs, so that will be a relief for him when it’s all cut out. Thank you ALL so much for your generous donations!!! I’ll keep updating here and then I’ll update on Emily’s Pet Services LLC on Facebook.

Hello! We work for Emily’s Pet Services LLC and recently Emily found this precious boy roaming downtown York. We have decided to take him in, and we are hoping that animal lovers will help cover the costs of getting him all checked out and groomed. We believe he’s an older male and we have NO history for him. He’ll need a full work-up at the vet, and we believe he has an injury to his back leg. We are adding him to our brood. See other pics. Our babies met him, and they all did well together. We hope to get him to the vet this coming week. Any little bit will help, as this was a pleasant but unexpected surprise.
