Help Emily's Family Recover from Hurricane Helene

Hi Everyone,

I’m Lauren, and I want to share what’s been happening with my cousin Emily, her boyfriend, and their little girl, along with their three cats and dog. They live in Western North Carolina, and Hurricane Helene has taken a devastating toll on their community.

While we are so incredibly grateful that Emily and her family are safe, they now face a long road ahead and need our support. The storm caused not only physical damage but also major challenges for them. With unsafe roads and limited access to services, Emily won’t be able to get back to work to see her patients until it’s safe, and we don’t know when that will be. This means there’s no income to cover bills, including utilities and their mortgage, as well as essentials like food, water, pet food, and medication for their family.

Your donations will go directly towards helping Emily and her family with these critical expenses and any items they need for their little girl.

For those who don’t know, Emily is a board-certified counselor and has always been there for others. Now it’s our turn to give back and support her during this tough time. Your kindness can truly make a difference in their lives.
