I am reaching out today with a deep sense of urgency and hope for someone who has always given so much of herself to others—my dear friend, Emily Varnam. She is an incredibly strong, self-empowered, and compassionate woman who has spent her life serving her community as a doula, childbirth educator, and midwife. Through her work, she has helped countless families navigate the transformative experience of childbirth, providing them with care, knowledge, and emotional support during one of life’s most vulnerable moments.
