My name is Toni and I’m trying to raise money for a very close friend of mine, well actually she is family. Emily McMurtry's house caught on fire. Nobody was home and firefighters were able to put the fire out. Her house is still standing, but there has been so much smoke and water damage throughout the whole house.

This house is all she has. She has lived in this house for many years with her dad, and it’s the house she raised her son in. Any donations would be appreciated and she would be so very grateful. We need a lot of Sheetrock and that stuff is pretty expensive. Some of what she needs are: paint, cabinets, stove/oven, flooring, refrigerator, doors (ext & in), Sheetrock, sinks, garbage disposal, microwave, countertops, pots & pans.

Emily is a very kind person and doesn’t deserve this. She works hard and helps others when she can. She has helped me in many ways and many times whenever she can. Family and friends are doing what we can to help get her house back in order so she can get back on her feet. But much help is needed. I speak for our family and friends when I say we all love you very much, Emily! We all are here and will be here to help get you through this every step of the way.
