Help Emily Recover from Fire Loss

Hi,

My name is Emily Rappaport. Like so, so many others, I recently lost my Altadena home and all of my possessions in the Eaton Fire. Clothes, books, artworks, writings, medications, family heirlooms are all gone. Luckily my kitty, pictured in the window, is safe, though she lost the dutifully-tended, decades-old native garden -- her happy place and mine.

I am asking for a fund to help me get back on my feet in the immediate near term. 

It's hard to ask, but anything you can give is so appreciated. I know there are so many in this platform in need and so many of you are yourselves affected by this tragedy.
