Help Emily Pay for One Year of Grad School

Hi there! It's Emily. I'm currently working towards my master's in elementary education at Mount St. Mary's. While I am very lucky to have a wonderful job and several side hustles to put some money in my pocket, being a teacher in this economy is not easy. I recently moved out and have found rent fees, in addition to grad school fees, to be a bit overwhelming. I know what you're thinking - just take a semester off and save up! That'd be great, except I want to get my degree finished as quickly as possible so I don't have to spend the majority of my twenties in grad school. Having a master's degree would enhance my marketability as an elementary school teacher, increase my pay, and give me more opportunities to specialize in specific areas of my degree (Reading specialist, special ed., etc.).
