Help Emily in the fight for her life

Emily was only 10 years old when she was diagnosed with CRPS (Complex Reginal Pain Syndrome). CRPS is one of the most painful disorders known to man. On the McGill pain scale, CRPS reaches approximately 42 out of 50, higher than non-terminal cancer, childbirth, or amputation of a finger without anesthesia. Over the last 12 years, she has tried countless treatments and medications, hoping to lessen her pain or go into remission. Unfortunately, nothing has been able to keep her pain away. CRPS has taken away many parts of her teenage and college years. The value of her life is being stolen.

The Spero Clinic in Fayetteville, AK, has a very successful program treating patients with CRPS. The program starts at three months but can last longer. CRPS patients undergo multiple treatments designed to treat the root cause of this horrible disorder. Unfortunately, The Spero Clinic does not accept most major insurance plans. We need to pay for this program out of pocket. Emily wants nothing more than to live the life of a normal 22-year-old. She knows it will be challenging, but she is ready to fight for her life!
