Hi! I know everyone is going through a lot right now. I have to have open heart surgery in December to repair an ascending aortic aneurysm. This surgery involves a sternotomy and has a 4-6 month recovery time . The first few weeks I won’t be able to do much outside of very short walks and napping.  Scott will have to be off work for about 6 weeks unpaid. I’m trying to raise money so that we can continue to pay our bills during this time. I won’t be able to sew or be of much help with anything after surgery. Anything is appreciated to help us out. We have two daughters at home and he is going to be overwhelmed taking care of them and my medical care. This is not an elective surgery; this has to happen to keep me here.
