On Sunday March 23rd our world turned upside down. My partner, Emilio, was in a serious ATV accident and suffered a small brain bleed, broken ribs, a broken foot, an injury to his other foot, and a fracture in his neck. He is in a neck brace and cannot walk for about 8 weeks, and he will be out of work while he focuses on healing and recovery.

I am a stay‑at‑home mom caring for our two babies (our 2‑year‑old and our 4‑month‑old), and right now our main focus is taking care of Emilio and keeping life as stable and calm as possible for our kids while he recovers from these injuries.
