My family and I have just experienced a devastating flood that has turned our lives upside down. Our entire basement filled to the top with water, and the flooding reached into our subfloor and even brought 2-3 inches of water onto our main floor. Our garage took on three feet of water, destroying furniture and completely flooding a couple of classic cars we were unable to move in time. The loss is overwhelming, and we are still coming to terms with the damage to our home and the things we’ve worked so hard for including completely taking away the area we homeschool our kids. Our home is in disrepair and we just keep getting bad news after bad news. So please help in any way you can.

The funds we raise will go directly toward getting the water out of our basement and drying out all the floors and walls. We need to replace carpet, wood flooring, and drywall throughout the affected areas, and we also have to repair our drain field. On top of that, we need to replace essential furniture and cover the time lost from work while we try to get our living situation back to normal. Every bit of support will help us take the next step toward recovery and rebuilding our home.

We are not normally the type of people to ask for help, but at this point, we just can’t do it all on our own.
