As some of you may have heard, Miss Emefa lost her husband Edem to his battle with leukemia last week. You also may know that Emefa is currently taking some time away from teaching at Aspen Grove, following an accident she had over a year ago that made it really hard for her to carry any weight, inclusive of the young kiddos she was caring for. Over the past few weeks, she had been searching for an interim job, but had been prioritizing caring for Edem, and she is currently in a tough spot, in many regards.
