Help Eman Provide for Her Family in Gaza

Hi, my name is Emily (Seattle, WA area) and I'm raising funds for my dear friend Eman Abu Daqqa and her family.

Eman first reached out to me for help in May of 2024. We have sinced talked every single day about her life, her joys, her losses, and her lovely family.

Eman is a 35 year old mother and wife. She has a loving husband named Omar, and five beautiful children, Hala, Ibrahim, Mohammed, Zain, and Kenaz. They are a family of seven who have lost everything, including their home, their livelihoods, Omar’s two businesses, and countless family members and friends in the attacks on Gaza.

They have recently been able to leave Gaza and are safe abroad, but they still struggle to make ends meet and have elderly parents back in Gaza who have no tent, are ill, and are stuck out in the sun watching neighbors and friends be martyred every single day. Eman sends every penny she can back to her family in Gaza to try to help them, but it's not enough.

Israel is not currently allowing any food or aid of any kind to enter Gaza. What's left there is priced outrageously high. Flour can be hundreds of dollars a pound. Everyone is starving. Eman's mother has lost half her body weight in the past two months.

Even when Eman was in the thick of the constant bombing, she would message and ask me about my own children. If my daughter had a cold, she would recommend a warm drink recipe to help her feel better. She never failed to ask after us, even as her world was falling apart around her. This woman is an incredible person who is loving and kind and deserving of all good things.

Please consider donating to support Eman's family, both in her new home and the family she has left surviving in Gaza. We appreciate the help and support so much. All the funds will be transferred directly to Eman so she can distribute to her family. Thank you.
