Introduction
My name is Eman Khrais, a pharmacy student from Gaza.
I'm writing this during one of the rare moments when there's electricity and internet just a small window to reach the world.
Since the war started, my family and I have lost nearly everything: our home, our safety, and the ability to live with dignity. Every day is a struggle to survive.
Food, clean water, and medicine are extremely scarce. Prices are beyond reach a bag of flour now costs more than what many earn in a week. Even going out to look for basic needs is dangerous.
But the hardest part is the silence the long hours in the dark, without internet, without contact with the outside world.
Still, I try to continue my pharmacy studies studying by candlelight, joining online classes with a dying battery, holding on to every bit of signal.
It’s not easy. But I still have hope. I want to graduate. I want to serve. I want to help heal.
This campaign was created by my cousin because I can’t always stay connected. But I’ll share updates whenever I can to show you how your support helps us survive, and helps me keep my dream alive.
We’re not asking for much just the basics: food, clean water, shelter, and medicine.
Your kindness brings light into our darkness and reminds us we are not alone.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart,
Eman Khrais & Family
P.S. All donations will reach me through my cousin, as direct access to resources is extremely limited in Gaza.
