My name is Emily Latham, or some of my closer family, friends, and loved ones know me as Em.

I am raising money for myself to help get support for my monthly bills like rent, utilities, medical bills, a rollator walker to help me walk better during severe pain flare ups, etc. while I'm waiting for Social Security to see if I get approved or denied for disability benefits.

After catching COVID 3 times, my physical health seriously took a turn for the absolute worst, especially in March of 2025 when I was formally diagnosed with Bilateral Occipital Neuralgia. This, and Trigeminal Neuralgia, have been the most brutal and painful things I have EVER had to deal with in my life, and have seriously drained the absolute life out of me.

Thank you everyone for taking the time to listen to me about my journey with Long COVID and all of the dreadful things it morphs into. I have seriously never ever thought that it would uproot my life like this at 27 years old. I know for one dang fact is that no matter how hard this journey with it gets, how hard it knocks me down, I'm not goin' down without a fight!! I'm gonna keep gettin' up again, and again, and again, no matter what it brings my way.
