This summer, my little sister is marrying the love of her life in India. Our family is planning to spend a whole week attending the festivities and meeting her fiancé’s family.

This week we learned that my connecting flight through Dubai will not accept my passport or allow me through customs.

In order to reroute my flight through a different country, I’d need to pay about $950.
