Hi, my name is Justine, and I am raising funds for my cousin, Elyza Velez.

Elyza is a true fighter. She received her first heart transplant 18 years ago, and now she is facing another major battle — she needs both a heart and kidney transplant.

Since June, Elyza has been in and out of the hospital, and the stress on her and our family has been overwhelming.
