Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted people,

This April, my sister Elvira turns 36. It should be a time to celebrate — a new year of life, of dreams, of hope. But instead, she’s facing the biggest challenge of her life.

Elvira was recently diagnosed with stage 2 aggressive breast cancer. It’s a fast-moving form of the disease, and every week matters. Her doctors have prescribed 9 rounds of chemotherapy, followed by surgery and a long recovery ahead.

Elvira is strong, intelligent, and full of love. She has always dreamed of building a family of her own. She doesn’t have a husband or children yet — but she holds on to that dream with all her heart. Now, she is fighting not just for her health, but for her future.

Our family is already carrying a heavy burden. Four years ago, our mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Since then, we’ve been doing everything possible to care for her, both emotionally and financially. And now, with Elvira’s diagnosis, our situation has become even more overwhelming.

We are a small but close-knit family. Her biggest support comes from me, her sister, my husband, and our family. We are standing by her side, but we cannot do this alone.
