Young Elsa is asking for your support to help restore the Titanic sculpture on Park Road, corner Upper Parliament Street, which has fallen into disrepair over the years.
Young Elsa, from South Liverpool, loves everything to do with Titanic and its story. She has been exploring Liverpool to trace different parts of its history. One of Liverpool's more prominent landmarks, is the Titanic sculpture on Park Road, corner Upper Parliament Street.
Originally installed in 2012, it has fallen into disrepair. Located nearby the - soon to be - restored Merseyrail Baltic Train Station, it is meant to recognise and connect all Cities, that contributed to Titanic's history (Southampton, Belfast, Liverpool & New York). In its current form, it does not do the Titanic, the victim's and their families of the tragedy and our amazing city justice. Elsa wants to change that and is raising the £5000 required to start restoration works early Summer and have it reinstated by Summer 2025.
Elsa is hoping, that you help her with her fundraising effort - and in the process make a tangible positive impact on this part of Liverpool's city and the Titanic's legacy. Thank you very much for your support.
