Elsa has been a cherished member of our family for over 11 years. She has brought so much love and joy into our lives, always waiting at the door for treats and greeting me with excitement. Lately, though, things have changed. Elsa no longer waits for me at the door, and her once-bright spirit has faded. I know in my heart that she is suffering, and her cancer and pain have become too much for her to bear.

After learning that my care credit is maxed out, I realized I can't afford the costs of her euthanasia, cremation, and vet visit. The vet offers a more affordable cremation option, but it means Elsa's ashes will stay with them. With recent car repairs, Christmas expenses, and catching up on utilities, we simply don't have much left to spare. It's heartbreaking to face this decision, but I want to give Elsa the peace she deserves.
