My mom’s dog Elsa is more than just a pet… she is truly her best friend.
Elsa is about 13 years old and has been by my mom’s side through so many chapters of life. They do everything together. Whether it’s going for walks, spending time outside, or just relaxing at home, Elsa is always right there with her.
Elsa is supposed to be my mom’s emotional support dog… but honestly, it sometimes feels like it’s the other way around. My mom loves and cares for Elsa so deeply, and the bond between them is something really special.
Recently we discovered that Elsa has a large tumor growing on her stomach that is now visibly bulging. A veterinarian confirmed it is a tumor and that she will need medical care, but the cost of treatment and possible surgery is more than my mom can afford.
My mom lives on a limited income, and Elsa truly means the world to her. Watching Elsa become uncomfortable and knowing we may not be able to afford the care she needs has been incredibly heartbreaking.
We are hoping to raise funds to help cover:
1) Veterinary exams and diagnostics
2) Possible tumor removal surgery
3) Medications and aftercare
Elsa still has so much love to give, and we want to do everything we can to give her the chance to stay healthy and comfortable.
Any donation, no matter how small, would mean so much to our family and will go directly toward Elsa’s care.
If you’re unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser would help more than you know.
Thank you for helping us give Elsa the care she deserves and more time with the person who loves her most.
