Help Elmo Survive: Emergency Surgery Needed

Please Help Elmo Fight for his Life! This beautiful wonderful 8 month foster pup through Angels Helping Animals Worldwide- Martha’s Vineyard is at the vet fighting for his life. He started with fever and lethargy yesterday and had testing done then was sent home . He crashed overnight and was rushed back to the vet by his foster mom on Nantucket. His bill is already $3,000. His only chance to live is surgery for an intestinal blockage (causing sepsis) which will cost around $8,000. The rescue group does not have these funds but we don’t want to euthanize a young wonderful dog. I fostered him overnight last week and he is a doll. Please help! Even $5 will add up.
