Help Elliott represent GB in the World Champs in Norway

Hi I’m Carol Slack, Elliott Wilson’s mum. Elliott has worked hard over several years to become an Athlete in the Great Britain Martial Arts team. He is currently 1st Kyu (brown belt) and already a European Champion (2024 London). This year he hopes to take on the challenge of competing in the World Martial Arts Games in Norway (in November 2025) and representing his country in 3 fighting styles. We are all very proud of him and he has begun the hard work of intensive training to be at the right level to shine in the competition.

Unfortunately, all athletes have to find their own funding and this comes at a massive cost. Extra gi’s , additional regional and national trainings and equipment all comes at a cost… in addition there is the registration for each category, accommodation and flights.

As a single parent working part-time (and an athlete myself) I will struggle to cover these cost. I am so grateful for the wonderful support and donations that helped us both get to the European Championship last year. And I am humbly asking for your help and support again.
