Elliott is a 6-year partner and union leader from the very first store in the South to file for a union election at the Merchant's Drive Starbucks in Knoxville, Tennessee. Since filing our petition, Elliott has consistently been singled out and had specific disability-related medical accommodations stripped away due to her leadership in our store's union effort.

Sadly, our store manager decided to celebrate her 18-year anniversary with this company by retaliating against and firing Elliott for union activity. We will continue fighting for Elliott, but as of today, unfortunately, she has been stripped from the medical insurance she very desperately needs due to ongoing health issues. All donations received will go straight to her medical expenses, as well as her monthly expenses while we continue to fight for Elliott's reinstatement.
