Help Elliot Tremari Through His Treatment Journey

On January 14, 2025 our nephew Elliot Tremari will begin treatment at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) for Chronic Granulomatous Disease (CGD); previously known as fatal granulomatous disease of childhood. We are thankful for his team at CHOP and are hopeful that his treatment will be successful. This GoFundMe has been created by Elliot’s aunt Lori and aunt Lynn to help offset the costs associated with his treatment.

Elliot will be undergoing chemotherapy followed by a bone marrow/stem cell transplant. This will require an approximate 8 week hospital stay at CHOP followed by 9 months of quarantine at home. Our brother Marc will be taking family leave from his job to stay with Elliot at the hospital. Elliot’s mother Courtney will be travelling to CHOP as frequently as possible while still working and maintaining the family home.

This intense treatment will cause not only a physical strain for Elliot but also a financial and an emotional strain for his parents. Any funds that you are able to donate towards this cause will enable Elliot’s parents Marc and Courtney to focus on supporting him through this treatment journey. It will cover things such as travel back and forth to CHOP in Philadelphia, medical bills, and loss of wages for the hospital stay. Any support is greatly appreciated.
