Help Elliot Get Back What Was Taken From Him

We’re coming together to support an incredible young man named Elliot, who recently went through something no child should ever have to experience.

Elliot lives with his wonderful mum, Jen, who works incredibly hard every day to give him a loving, secure, and happy home. On his 14th birthday Elliot was absolutely thrilled when he won an Xbox in a competition — something he was hugely proud of. Showing real maturity, Elliot decided to sell the Xbox so he could start saving money for the future.

Sadly, what should have been a proud and positive moment turned into a heartbreaking experience.

Two men arrived at Jen and Elliot’s home in a rented van to buy the Xbox. They blocked the home’s cameras and handed over what looked like real cash — but it was fake money. By the time the scam was discovered, they were already gone. Elliot was left without the Xbox he had proudly won and without the savings he had hoped to build.

This wasn’t just a scam — it was a cruel betrayal of a kind-hearted child who was trying to do something responsible. The experience has been incredibly upsetting and has shaken their sense of trust and security.

So now, we want to come together and show Elliot that kindness is stronger than cruelty.
