Help Elliot fund his top surgery

I want to ask for your help with getting my top surgery Ive been on the nhs waiting list for almost 4-5 years now and everyday its harder to try and get by in a body that isnt mine. Asking for help takes courage, and im very well known for not asking for it! But going private for top surgery seems like my only option to finally feel like im in my own body,
