Ellie is a one-year-old purebred pit bull who has been living with me since September 15th. She came to me from a family who was moving away and could not take her with them, and I’ve been fostering her on my own alongside my own animals. Ellie is a big lover girl—she’s great with kids, gets along well with my pets, and has a playful, affectionate personality. Like any young dog, she’s still learning: she’s gotten into the trash a couple of times and chewed up my crocs and some charger cords, but she’s always eager to please and loves being part of the family.

Ellie is scheduled to get her shots on November 22nd and will be spayed on January 8th at the SPCA Clinic. She’ll also be microchipped and receive her dog license, making her ready for a safe and happy future. The funds raised will go directly toward her vet care and some supplies to help her settle in and prepare for adoption. By helping cover these costs, you’ll also help lower her rehoming fee, making it easier for her to find a loving forever home.
