Help Ellie Mae ( Golden retriever)

Hi my name is Doug and my wife's name is Ann ...We are fund raising for are 7 year old golden retriever medical bills. Tuesday may 17th our dog was playing with our sons running jumping having a good time 5 minutes later she was paralyzed Something to do with her spine.
