On February 23rd at approximately 8:20pm Ellia Rodriguez was driving with her friend Andrew Trent to pick up some food. Only two blocks away from their house they were hit by a drunk driver. Thankfully Andrew was only bruised, but Ellia was not as lucky. Due to this collision Ellia's leg was broken. She needs your help with this tragic event. 
What is needed
