Help Ellenbrook Family Recover From Fire Disaster

Donation protected
Can you Imagine going to work and school drop off and coming home to find you've lost everything to a fire, caused by a freak accident?
Horrific right!

That is the reality for a Beautiful Local Ellenbrook Family, Joel, Donna, Tyler and their pup Mylo.
(Thankfully no one was harmed, Grandma is a hero for her quick thinking and ability to save Mylo)

On Monday 19th June 2023 Joel was on Jury Duty, Donna at work and Grandma was Taking TJ to school, on Grandmas return she found a fire was alight in the back yard of the house, she Grabbed their bulldog Mylo and ran out of the house calling 000.

Fire Crews managed to do what they could, however the devastating blaze has meant the family have lost Almost everything after only Just finishing their renovations in April.

The cause has been deemed a freak accident, a jug of water left out the back has reflected into the windows and back onto little Mylos dog Kennel sparking the blaze.

Donna is the Kindest woman you could meet, always supporting everyone she comes across with the biggest smile and even after such a tragedy she is trying to cheer up others
Joel is a very active member of our community volunteering his time week in week out as assistant coach for our local Year 8 boys footy team and Tyler at just 13 is showing such strength and bravery most adults would envy he is an Integral member of the Team, he was one of the first to Welcome our son on his first training session, his school friends and our community would love to support them in any way we can.

Although I haven't known them long they have always made my family and I feel welcome since joining the club this year.

Joel gives his heart and soul to these kids and no matter the score board rallies behind each and everyone of these boys praising their efforts and giving them positive feedback.
We are so lucky to have him!

If you are lucky enough to know them you know what I mean when I say They are a a true gift to our community and I wish there were more people like them out there.

While yes they are insured, anyone who has dealt with insurance knows how drawn out it can be, having lost everything they will now face the costs of replacing their life's possessions, while also trying to find a furnished rental to move to under their insurance, however currently they have not got anywhere stable to go.
While the house and their belongings will eventually be replaced they will be forced to live else where for a minimum of 6 months (due to the current building supply crisis this time could blow WAY out to 12+ months.)
That is a LONG time to go without your own things and it becomes expensive to replace everything down to your toothbrushes along with the added travel and living costs of starting again.

We KNOW times are tough right now for everyone but if we can all manage a little we can do ALOT for this beautiful family to get them back on their feet and not have to cause further financial strain due to living way further away than they were, having to replace all of their everyday items and give them some breathing room to grieve the loss of all their hard work and memories without stressing about money.

Thankyou for taking the time to Read.
Please help us get behind this BEAUTIFUL family and get them back on their feet.
