Help Ella Wright Get Life-Saving Care

Ella Wright is a bright and spirited 6-year-old who has faced significant health challenges since birth. She was born with only two heart ventricles and underwent surgery at a very young age to repair and create the full four ventricles in her heart.

Recently, on May 14, 2025, Ella had a follow-up appointment with her pediatric cardiologist. An updated EKG revealed severe abnormalities in her aortic root, aortic arch, and right-side ventricle. Ella urgently needs a specific test that is only available in Iowa City, but the soonest appointment is four months away. Given the seriousness of her condition, Ella's mother, Brooke, has requested a referral to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota to have her evaluated sooner.

Ella is currently on extreme restrictions, and as you can imagine, keeping a 6-year-old from being a 6-year-old is incredibly challenging. We are asking for your prayers and support during this difficult time.

To help Ella and Brooke's family cope with the extreme medical costs of crossing state lines and staying in Minnesota for an extended period, we are seeking financial support. Although Ella has insurance, the costs associated with going to the Mayo Clinic are very high, and Brooke will need to be with her the entire time.
