Help Ella Simon Attend DECA Nationals

Hi! My name is Ella Simon, and I’m a sophomore at Seneca Valley High School.

I recently competed at Maryland DECA’s State Career Development Conference (SCDC), and I’m excited to share that I qualified to compete at DECA’s National Conference (ICDC)!

DECA is an organization that helps high school and college students develop leadership and career skills in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management. At 15 years old, I wrote a 20 page operations research paper with a strategic plans and budget. I competed solo and qualified above 20 other competitors. This conference is an incredible opportunity for me to learn, grow, and gain valuable experience for my future in DECA.
