Help Ella Save Her Rescued Kitten

Hey guys, my name is Ella and I recently rescued a kitten with the intentions of fostering until I could provide her a home. When I rescued this cat I had no clue she wasn’t healthy . She is almost 4 months old with no vaccinations, shots, or any sort of care. She has blood in her urine and is extremely skinny. I’ve tried to get her to eat but she won’t touch much. It’s really sad to see her in such terrible condition and i’m doing as much as I can to save her now. I’ve given her several baths to check her for any signs of trauma and she has tons of matted fur and cuts on her skin. I may have washed her 10 times before all the dried up blood and dirt came off her body. After calling a couple shelters and foster homes they all suggested calling animal control and putting her down, which I won’t be doing. I’m not sure exactly how much medical attention she needs but given some of the estimates i’ve gotten from vets it would be around 1.5k to get her fully recovered, I’ve saved up some money and it’ll be going to taking care of her food, bed, etc, but she still needs a ton of care. At this point anything would help and if anyone knows someone willing to take on a kitten please let me know. (once she’s fully recovered).
