Help Keep Ella Smiling

Hey everyone! Dana + Noah, here.

It's with heavy hearts we seek your help. It's hard for us to ask for help, but this isn't quite about us, but our beloved dog, Ella, who is suffering.

Ella is 9 years old and has been diagnosed with bone cancer in her left leg and causing her a tremendous amount of pain.

The next course of action to preserve Ella's quality of life and to allow her to live pain-free is leg amputation. We have thought long and hard about this option, and from what we've learned from research and from the vet, dogs actually recover quite well from amputation. (Though it's rather hard to imagine as a human with only two legs)

For those of you who know Ella, she brings joy to every person she meets and her kind soul shines through her sweet eyes. It is hard to see her suffering and we'd like to do whatever we can to relieve her pain and to allow her to enjoy the rest of time Earth-side.
